Manage ACP Subscribers

Important News: The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) has ended for now due to lack of additional funding from Congress. 

The National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD) allows service providers to manage their ACP subscribers.

Service providers can no longer perform de-enrollment, verify, transfer, and update transactions in NLAD. Service providers can still access NLAD reports.
