How to Use NLAD
The National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD) allows service providers to enroll Lifeline eligible consumers in the program and manage their Lifeline subscribers. Different account types provide users with various types of system access.
In addition to service provider access, state partners may also receive access to NLAD.
