Q1: Filing an FCC Form 499-A/Q

Data entry and submission of FCC Forms 499-A/Q can only be done in USAC’s E-File online system. Paper copies are not accepted.
Q2: Who can prepare and certify the FCC Forms 499-A/Q?
A2:
Authorized E-File preparers and Company Officers can prepare the FCC Forms 499-A/Q. Only the Company Officer can certify the form. An FCC Form 499 is not considered submitted unless certified by a Company Officer
Q5: FCC Forms 499-A/Q Deadlines
A5:
The FCC Form 499-A is due annually, on April 1.
The FCC Form 499-Q is due quarterly, on February1, May 1, August 1 and November 1.
