Revising the FCC Forms 499
Step One – log in to E-File. Step Two – Click on a Filer ID to see previously filed forms. Step Three – Select the form that you want to revise, if available. Step Four – Click the “Revise” button, then “Accept.” Step Five – Make any necessary changes and click the button to review and certify the form. Step Six – Review the form and click “Certify” to submit revisions.
FCC Form 499-Q revisions are accepted if, and only if, they are received within 45 days from the due date. Once the due date has passed, USAC will accept no revisions. FCC Form 499-A revisions are accepted if, and only if, they are received within one year from the due date. Once the due date has passed, USAC might accept upward revisions. USAC expects to receive a filing from all active filers. If a filer does not submit a filing, USAC will create an estimate for them.
